The organic food industry is increasingly mindful of exclusively using organic raw ingredients.

Organic yeast extracts and organic yeast powders to finish dishes are a popular natural ingredient in the food industry. As valuable ingredients, they not only make a positive contribution to the sensory properties of organic food, but also give the dishes a spicy note – just like herbs and spices – and convince by a natural content of vitamins.

Natural raw ingredient

The organic yeast extracts and organic yeast powder are produced from the same natural raw materials as organic fresh yeast.

Depending on the end product, the raw materials are combined in different formulations to achieve the best possible properties. In this way, in addition to organic baker's yeast, organic yeast extracts and powders, organic yeast for beer and wine production can be produced.

Agrano develops new products as part of ongoing projects, often in cooperation with customers, in order to meet different market requirements.
