Bioreal® Organic Fresh Yeast should be stored in the fridge at 2-8°C.

Bioreal® Organic Fresh Yeast should be stored in the fridge at 2-8°C.

The Bioreal® Organic Fresh Yeast is made based on gluten-containing grain, which is metabolized during the process of fermentation. However, traces of gluten may still be present in the final product.

With Bioreal® Organic Fresh Yeast, a higher dough temperature of 28°C and a longer dough proving process is recommended.

We recommend that it should be stored in the fridge. Bioreal® Organic Dried Yeast should not be stored at a temperature of over 20°C. The reason for this is that Bioreal® Organic Dried Yeast does not contain any chemical additives such as emulsifying agents or preservatives. The yeast is also not coated, which means that it is more sensitive to higher temperatures than conventional dried yeast.

For people with a strong gluten intolerance Bioreal® Organic Active Dry Yeast 5 x 9g is suitable. Here specially selected, gluten-free organic raw materials are used as base of fermentation.

In addition, each batch is analysed for gluten and can as such be declared as gluten-free.

The Bioreal® Organic Active Dry Yeast 10 kg, 500g and 9g is made based on gluten-containing grain, which is metabolized during the process of fermentation. However, traces of gluten may still be present in the final product.
