Organic baking agent is based on fermented grains (organic wheat) and enzymes. No additives are added.

Characteristics

Utilisation

  • Ideal for all wheat-based baked goods that are not produced using interrupted fermentation, such as small baked goods which are proved immediately or semi-baked goods
  • Improvements to the volume, the crispiness, the bloom and ears and the stability of the dough when making small wheat baked goods, wheat bread or baguettes

Additives

  • Free from ascorbic acid
