Organic anti mould agent in liquid form prevents mould formation on breads and packaged doughs.  

Characteristics

Utilisation

  • 3% dosage (of the flour quantity) is to be used for yeast dough, cakes and pastry (the dosage should be deducted from the quantity of water)
