With a symbolic ground-breaking ceremony on Friday, 08.10.2021, the starting point was set for the expansion of the production capacities of Agrano GmbH & Co. KG in Riegel am Kaiserstuhl. The ground-breaking ceremony for this new chapter in the company's history took place in the presence of Mr. Daniel Kietz, Mayor of Riegel, Mr. Rothweiler, Mr. Färber and Mr. Coseriu of the architectural firm Rothweiler & Färber as well as Mr. Ralf Bredenhöller, Managing Director of Agrano GmbH & Co. KG and Mr. Marc Pflimlin, member of the management and production manager.
Over the next three years, a new fluidised-bed dryer, another fermentation line and a customer and competence centre with a bright and modern baking and cooking studio will be built. An industry meeting place where training courses and seminars will take place and individual organic products can be created. Up to 30 new jobs will be created.
