The organic yeast manufacturer Agrano GmbH & Co. KG will be bringing a new type of yeast flakes onto the market from autumn 2024. The aim of the new B12 organic yeast flakes is to reach completely new target groups.

Higher content of vitamin B12
The high B12 content of 45 µg/100 g is particularly impressive. This means that around 90% of your daily requirement can be covered with one heaped tablespoon. The vitamin B12 contained in the flakes does not come from bioreal yeast, but from natural, non-genetically modified bacteria that were fermented on high-quality organic raw materials.

Vitamin B12 organic yeast flakes awaken a new target group
Due to the ever-growing group of vegansand vegetarians, the demand for certified organic products, especially products with a high vitamin B12 content, is also increasing. In addition, the new vitamin B12 yeast flakes still have around 30% protein. With their pleasant taste, they are perfect for seasoning and refining bowls, salads, sauces, soups, vegetables and smoothies.

Only controlled organic ingredients
All ingredients such as yeast, rice flour, pea protein and others come from controlled organic farming.

Start of the design relaunch of bioreal products
The product launch of the B12 organic yeast flakes also marks the start of a design relaunch of the entire bioreal range.
